Business Policies

1. We have a 3% card convenience fee that will be added to all card transactions. 
   
   
2. We do not strap down your purchase. We do not put up your tailgates or close your trailers. 
   
   
3. If you choose to not strap down, close your tailgate or trailer, we are not liable for any damages to vehicles or hay that may be caused. 
   
   
4. If you pick up hay or grain on a rainy day and choose to not to cover it, we are not liable for damages to the product. 
   
   
5. If you do not store your hay or grain where it is covered and out of weather, we are not liable for damages. 
   
   
6. If you receive a bale of hay that has any issues on the inside, we are more than happy to replace it for you if you can bring it back. If you can’t bring it back, take a picture of it and send it to us! We can determine a discount once we have seen the bale. 
   
   
7. Please make sure your truck bed and/or trailer is clear and ready for hay to be loaded. If it is not cleaned out we are not liable for any damages caused. 
   
   
8. When winter is here and the snow sticks, our trailer is parked for the season. All deliveries will only be available with the truck. 
   
   
9. When winter is here, please make sure the snow on your truck bed and/or trailer is cleaned off. Having a snow packed truck and trailer can risk the bales slipping and damaging the truck. We will not load if there is snow packed on your truck bed and/or trailer. We are not liable for damages to hay or vehicles if there is snow on the truck bed and/or trailer.
